One finger food I always liked is made out of the wafer meats that come in an envelope.

Lay out two meat slices, with ends overlapping. Spread with warmed (I use warm wet towels to wrap the foil wrappped cheese) cream cheese, and paprika. Roll up, set in refrigerator for thirty minutes. Remove from refrigerator and slice about 1/3” inch. These can be served as is, or added to other canape’s if you stick the toothpick in them while still cold. Vary meat type, soft cheeses, and spices for variety. I have also seen these made using three sheets of meat to serve alone so it is heftier a bite size.
