Grape tomatoes, a square of mozzarella cheese, a leaf of basil (more or less to taste) on a toothpick. Can be drizzled with a bit of olive oil or served with ranch dressing.
If you can get the "Honey smoked Salmon" they have a salad recipe that uses peas & a little mayo that is delicious. Serve with crackers or veggies.
The mini sausages cooked in jelly or barbeque sauce served eaten by toothpicks.
A block of cream cheese (or cubes if you have the time to cut them) covered by any variety of sauces. IE: salsa with corn chips. Cocktail sauce with baby salad shrimp & crackers. Jalepeno jelly with chips or crackers. Etc
Those are the ones that come to mind quickly, but I have googled and found others when I need something different.
