http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/...m-sauce-326496 . It calls for dried Morel mushrooms. We make it out of fresh Morel's Yum.I just soak my fresh mushrooms in the wine and dump it in. I have made it with other mushrooms. Not the kinds you have listed. It is amazing over steak or chicken.
