We are in SE Kansas. In Winter, I like it at 72. My DH likes it a little cooler, but he is hot all of the time.
When we added more insulation and the Thermal Windows, the house is much more comfortable at the temps of 70 and 72. In the Summer, we are usually set at 76-78.
The added insulation and Thermal Windows we had put in in 1990 has really cut our heating and cooling bills. Those improvements paid for them several times.
Hope everyone is warm today!
