I wasn't looking at that quilt from bryerpatch earlier, but this one shouldn't be too difficult at 30x30.
Draw a similar design on A4 paper, number each section, starting at the bottom left. Scan and print at 300%, you will probably get 9 pages to tape or glue together. Cut out each piece of the enlarged pattern, one by one, then use as a template to cut the fabric, include seam allowances. Pin/glue together and sew.
Or - you could fold the seam allowance first on one side, and lay & pin in place, sew with a tiny zigzag, blanket or straight stitch.
