Here in Central Texas, we actually have snowing piling up. I'll bet there is at least 6" of snow on the ground. I suspect all my hisbiscus plants don't make it through the winter even though they are covered. I've been sewing today. Tomorrow I have 2 receiving blankets to hem for my neighbor. Then I have a blankie to make for my new little 23 month-old great nephew Bereket. He is bi-racial and is from Ethiopia and my nephew and his wife have adopted him. His name means "Blessings", and he is a blessing to our family. I look forward to making his blankie.
