I did the same thing this year, but made a double batch. Had a lot of leftovers, so I mixed up turkey with leftover vegetables with the mushroom/beans and topped the whole thing with leftover mashed potatoes. made a delicious turkey shepherd's pie.[/QUOTE]
DD uses Stove Top Stuffing instead of French Onions on top. Yummy!
