Party Potatoes

5 lb potatoes
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 sticks (1 lb) butter
1/2 and 1/2 or whole milk
salt/pepper
top with butter pieces
0pt- cheese, garlic

Cook, mash potatoes add rest of ingredients. Can be made up to three days ahead of serving and refrigerated. Set on counter two hours before serving and bake 350 for 1 hour.
