A number of years we had our DIL and grand daughter for 18 months, a few years ago we had her sister live with us for 3 years to go to high school ( was suppose to be for the 4 years but her Mom had a melt down, and yanked her out just before her senior year). In between these two stayes their Mom was homeless, before we were asked, I said, "NO she can't come here".
