The JA numbers are JA27 and JA13 then the letters HI. I looked it up on the Yahoo Vintage Japanese list, and on JA 27, it says White and on JA 13, it says Koyo. Is Koyo a city or a manufacturer?

Not that it makes any difference but mine says it is JC 27 not JA 27.
