I have the upgrade for v7 which I bought when they said they wrren’t Going to support 7 anymore��
after another 3 hrs this afternoon with no progresd, I am going to call my dealer tomorrow. Also going to stop in at the computer hospital to see if it is a software problem.
again thank you for your help. You folks are the best!
Will let you know how it all works out.
