I baked a really sweet squash recently. I'm hoping it was a heritage variety where the seeds will produce, because I've saved them. They are drying on a towel on the dining room table. In a couple of months I'll plant them to see what happens. Any gardener here have any tips for me in this process? I usually buy packets of seeds, but I thought I'd try saving my own.
