It's for hand quilting, or so I was told. In researching, I found it is similar in style to the Z44 from Gracie. Once I figure out how to attach pics, I'll do that. From what I've read, they tack the material to the frame. I know it was used but I didn't see any tack marks on any of the rollers. Sorry!
