I have learned that although I was once famous for my ability to make wonderful sauces and gravies, I do not like them much. I much prefer to just season food so it does not need sauces and gravies. Baking from scratch is another skill I developed, but do not care to use anymore. Same with decorating cakes, when I was learning it, I loved it, but now I just don’t like dealing with sticky, messy, things. I would much rather waste my remaining time cutting up fabric and creating things with it. Not only does it make gifting much easier, it also preserves my waistline...I wonder what other skills those of us here have but just don’t care to use anymore?
