I have enjoyed our retirement except for one thing: DH thinks we have to be busy every day and he tries to keep me going with him or he with me. I would love more time at home, but he was bitten with the bug to move and plan for every day. Rarely do I get to stay home. Now that I have some walking issues, he won't let me go alone--bummer! We live in a small town and I am not afraid to go alone, but I am not "allowed" to do so. Guess I will have to get used to it. He is a micro planner--must think ahead for every eventuality. I don't mind, most times, but sometimes just being spontaneous would be nice. I know I am blessed to still have him (59 years!) but. . . .
