I am an etsy seller, and I package all of my items with care. After I take the package to the Post Office I have absolutely no control of how the package will be delivered to the recipient and can not assume the responsibility for what happens after it leaves my hands. If I order something from Etsy and it arrives in horrible condition, I believe it is my job to take the matter up with USPS, not the Etsy seller's job, unless it is evident that the Etsy seller did a bad job of packing it. Because I am an Etsy seller I would be interested in seeing what buyers expect. Let me know. Thanks,
