Welcome Karen - It's interesting to hear different perspectives on whether quilting is a growing or declining art. I'm the first in my family to take-up quilting - my mother, grandmothers, aunts, etc.. were very active sewing garments, knitting afghans, crocheting, cross-stitching, etc.. none were interested in quilting. I've been inspired by a contemporary (my age 55-ish) who also is the first in her family to pursue quilting arts. My mantra to my adult children: "Be Creative!" Pursue what inspires you
