Jmoore- After I get the Christmas presents done I plan on trying my hand at some bowls. I also recently bought a book that shows how to do more intricate pieces that are shaped like pottery and even have lids and handles attached. Don’t know that I’ll get to doing those anytime soon, the materials for these has been sitting next to the Kenmore for at least a year, maybe two— I finally got tired of moving the bundles of clothesline and shoeboxes of strings every time I needed to use the Kenmore LOL— so if that’s an indication, the new book may languish for a while before I get around to trying any of those patterns.

The trivets are fun and easy, just lots of mindless sewing.
