You are wrong about the co. Not following through with good service. A friend bought a used Nolting and the tech spent days on the phone helping her set it up.. the co. made NO money from her purchase.
I have a fun quilter and never had any problems. I suggest that right after Christmas you get on the phone and call the factory. Ask for Mike. He is great. But then they all are. I had to retime my machine after quilting a metal ruler to the quilt top. Steve got me through this simple process that I found as difficult as brain surgery.
