Welcome from Central Florida! I am not a fast quilter either, but I quilt most every day for about 4-5 hours a day between breaks. I have to keep moving so I don't seize up. My sewing machine is always up & I sew whenever the feeling comes over me. From early morning to 10pm. I do try not to quilt when I'm tired though because that's when I make too many mistakes.
