I post most of my pictures from my iPhone. I did download an app to downsize my pics to 640. After that, it does work to push the little tree icon above and then choose your picture to download.
There probably are more specific directions in the help section on this board.
I sometimes ask some young adults to help me figure things out. I did that to get me set up on Instagram.
