I'm sure there are a number of good methods. I have hung 2 as follows: I sew a 'sleeve', basically just a tube of fabric about 2 inches shorter than the width of the quilt and hand sew it to the upper quilt back. At the hardware store I buy a piece of wood as long as the sleeve, 1 inch wide and about 3/8 inch deep. To each end of the wood, I attach screw eyes (Google the term if you want a photo.). Slip the wood with the screw eyes on each end into the sleeve. Measure carefully how far apart the center of the screw eyes are. You need to put 2 nails in the wall that distance apart. Once the nails up, just hook the screw eyes over the nails and you are done. Nothing shows on the outside except the quilt. I hope this explanation was clear.
