Those heat lamps are pretty strong and need top be raised quite a height from the birds.
To say the least ... terrible fire hazards.
Best to talk with a vet to know what the needs really are for the guinea pig.
What "looks" to you as her being cold, may be perfectly healthy for Piglet!
