It is Henry Glass fabric ABC-123 by Shelly Coiskey of Simply Shelly Designs. I had to go to 4 or 5 websites to get all the fabrics for the pattern (free on Henry Glass Fabrics), I googled to find. I know I used Stitched in Stone, Over the Rainbow, Calico Threads and MSQC from my notes. I believe it is discontinued now but Henry Glass has several other cute panels/prints for children's quilts.
