I think they have to put that on fabric that is a "juvenile" type print that has not been treated with fire retardant stuff. I believe all children's sleepwear has to be fire retardant or fire resistant. I found this on google: http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml00/00129.html
