I just finished a quilt top with orphan blocks. I added sashing and a few other blocks to finish it and it felt good to say ‘bye-bye’ orphan blocks.
Most of my blocks were found in donated fabric so they don’t have any meaning to me but I like your thinking Bug Lady.
