This looks like a variation of a pattern from Wedding Dress Blue, Fading Charrms. I made this one about 5 years ago but also have done several from this site. Good tutorials and they really "eat up those 2.5 squares. Some of her quilts ask for two inch but I just convert and make 2.5.
