I make my labels on my epic and use the Husqvarna software Premier +2. The fonts come in all sizes. I think embroidery library has different sized fonts. I always forget the fine needle and 60 weight thread. I have been meaning to try that. My letters turn out pretty good, but who knows, could get even better!
