I have a regular Pfaff. I do not like the slanted front or the bobbin entry. I bought an acrylic extension table but the slant is a problem and so is the bobbin.

I agree that if you buy a rolling sewing machine bag, it is pretty easy to move a regular machine. These bags are sold at Joanns' Fabrics. I have one and I used it for my Pfaff when I took it to my summer home. No problem with carrying a full-size machine. You might want to check out the Brothers' models. I have the 1500, which is a straight-stitch only machine and it FMQs very well. It is also considered "portable".
