I just had to mention the full check list of points, sometimes we have to go through them a few times to get to the problem. It's easy to assume the oil points on top near the spool pin reach all the parts, but it doesn't on models like 15 and 201. Dry machines needs extra attention. I'm sure the problem can be sorted out, don't give up on it and keep trouble searching. There's a limited numer of points to check and it's well within doable.
