Check out this thread and a lot of people will post pictures as we go along which will help a lot,so does Judy. It's very simple to follow and join in on the fun. Redtop It's easier to diet in the summer as I can get lots of fresh veggies and fruits. I have disabilities that stop me from a lot of exercising. So I use a stable bike,which I can use inside.
