I noticed
a new video just before Christmas last year, Tammis video comes up right next to it in my browser. To get some
spring in the spring, it has to be placed in a notch so the hole thing points down wards, or six o'clock position. It makes enough resistance when the rest of the parts come together. There might be slight differences to these tensioners, but the basics are the same.
