Thank you. I just figured it out for my Elna Expressive 900. I held down the thread cutter button and the presser foot lifter button while I powered the machine on. It shows a read out of hours powered on and in 'drive.' I would assume this would be the same way to check the Janome 12000....as they are virtually the same machine.
