I am planning to make the M*QC Starburst quilt. I have watched the video but have concerns about using HST's with bias edges. Her pattern/method is to use 10 inch squares, sew 1/4" seam around the blocks and cut diagonally to make 4 HST's.
I would rather use the F&P 1/4" ruler, mark my diagonal, sew on either side and cut down the middle. no bias edges.

The problem I have is, I need to know what size HST's her method makes, in order to make them using my method. Can anyone help me with this?
