On the video they use complimentary fabrics, instead of exact matches, so it might be easier that way to not have to be so exacting (which is not my strong suit!) Also, I used the smaller template, I'll probably try with the larger one and see if it is any easier.
The main thing is that I am having fun and sewing!!!
