The young girl has a neat form...unlike over 75 overweight by (almost) hundred pounds and has bad knees. The last two times I have ended up on the floor, dh had to rescue me with his Maid-right cart. I can move into the front 'lip' with back side first, the scoot back into the cart as he lifts it up until I can get on my feet! We laugh, and I thank him for the rescue. It is like a turtle on its back, impossible to get up. I seriously think about a diet for a couple of minutes, but I love to cook.

Exercise is almost impossible. Household and cooking does some movement (exercise) for the joints. Sit-ups are impossible. YWCA pool means driving some distance. I can still enjoy quilting, sitting at my machine, cook in the kitchen and read in my bedroom. And have fun on the computer. I do get up every so-many hours and move around. And I do light house keeping, and laundry. And count my blessings. We are still able to live independent in our own home.
