this is, fortunately for me?, not the first estate sale find....I have accumulated: 2 whole cloth, handquilted (tiny stitches), 2 beautiful appliquéd and hq, 3 pieced and hq, all well done, 2 machine embroidered, and machine quilted-store bought. It seems in this area-no intense interest in quilts. I always go on the last day of these sales, so there was time for these to be swooped up, but they are always just there, laying on a bed, or in a corner waiting to be adopted......then, here I come, their new custodian for now - future of them.....probably back on a bed or in a corner as no interest to my DDs.......but for now, they are safe and do look pretty on beds!
