Intro
Hi! I am Brittany. I am from the Pittsburgh area. I am new to quilting. I have only made 2 small quilts. I have Tons to learn. I am Very interested in FMQ. I bought a 15-91 Singer that is my straight stitch and I love her. However, I really wanted to get a machine that had bells and whistles that would be for FMQ. I just bought a used HV Sapphire 870Q and I am scared because people have said that they have a difficult time with FMQ on this machine because of the bobbin tension........anyone else have tension issues with their Sapphire and if so.......how did it get resolved? I am sure it will take me awhile to get used to this machine as I have never even had a machine that had a needle down feature before LOL
