My quilting class teacher started many years ago cutting kits at Susie's. She "showed off" and cut the borders for all of us in the beginners class at once. Just stacked all of out fabric and used a 60. Borders for about a dozen quilts all in a couple of passes. I never cut enough layers at once to use a 60.
