grey quilt
I just finished this grey and white quilt top. My son gave me this fabric for Christmas. I normally sew using purple (and sometimes blue), and he wanted to make sure I didn't already have the fabric he bought. So he bought in colors I don't normally use.
However, I really like this quilt. It seems gentle to me, no shouting. Nothing pops. I actually liked this the whole time I was making it, which is rare for me. I tend to take a look in the middle and say "What was I thinking?' and then continue and end up liking the quilt. But this one I liked the whole time...probably because it was fabric my son selected, right?
Anyway, thanks for looking. Hot Rod, the cat, likes it too, though it is a bit hard to tell.
