I don't have an iPad but my computer went out in December, 2017 & I just got it back yesterday. It's only 3 years old & they replaced the mother board & the hard drive. They don't make things like they use to. We bought a 3 year warranty on it & it expired on March 14. It's the first time we've ever been able to use a warranty that we purchased.
