I'm trying to decide what to fix for Easter dinner. I will have ham, but it has been so cold and rainy here and there is nothing fresh in the garden. My asparagus is not even up yet. We always have either crawfish stew, bisque, or boiled crawfish for Easter. I live in southern Louisiana and crawfish is a staple here at this time of the year. Happy Easter! Enjoy your day.
