quiltingshortimer is talking about pattern not color. If you google Storm at Sea Quilt Images, and pay attention to the sashing, which is the outside row with the diamonds in it, you can see some that don't have the movement similar to this Accuquilt design. https://accuquilt.com.au/go-storm-at-sea-quilt That is the double sashing which is what the outside row is.

Now, here is one called Traditional where the sashing isn't doubled. https://lindafranz.com/galleries/storm-at-sea-quilt/41 To me, a totally different look.
