My pet peeve is an instructor who overly critiques others in a negative manner, ignore some student because they aren't a skilled. Many times there is more than one way to do things and different people need directions that fit their way of thinking.
That is why if I take a class I do a 'sample' of the product. That way I can adjust to how I work better.
