Each person in the swap gets one F8, (11" x 9) from every other person. There is usually between 15 and 20 people in each swap. You end up sending out about 2-2.5 yds of fabric.
My local group (not technically a guild) did a swap like this, a "Friendship Swap", and everyone loved it.
