It is lovely! Quilting looks fine. If you really dislike the bottom a lot, just cut the crinkly part off - all 4 edges - and rebind.
Personally, I wouldn't do that, but that's because I have learned that most people who are gifted with a quilt don't see the mistakes. Or maybe they're afraid to point them out to me!
