Hello everyone: I have been busy slow enjoying working on several projects. 1- swap for the board; 2 - BHMQ-Ringo = I have 15 blocks made. I figure by end of week to finish. 3 - By the end of the week I should have my Judy’s train ride #18 top done. I used many 2.5” candies in this mystery; 4 - I’m working on a new baby blanket. Still undecided I’d I want 2.5” blocks or 4“ blocks; plus still very very slowly doing my spring cleaning which may turn into my summer cleaning.
I made the mistake of looking at the e-mail adds and have several new projects on my to do list. I already have over 20 quilts on that list. But I’m telling myself not to start them until I have these projects done. I will not start a new project.
Weather wise, Spring is finally here. Yea!!! Jumping for joy. Doing the happy dance. Another reason quilting is going slow. It’s finally warm enough for me to sit out on the deck. We should have 60-70’s for most of this week. The birds are out and eating the seed put out for them. The sun is shining brightly. Life is good.
