Thanks Jenn, that documentary was what got me interested. Had my daughter and her boyfriend watch it today and they thought it was really interesting too. I highly recommend it to anyone who has Netflix. Very eye opening.

I started on the keto almost a week ago. It's quite the learning experience! I do think I feel better on it even though I have symptoms of keto "flu" off and on. Some of the tips I Googled have been useful for that. It has taken time to assemble enough baking ingredients. Made some keto brownies and they turned out much better than I expected. As my dd said, not quite as good as regular brownies, but satisfying for when you need a treat. Might try macadamia bread this week.
