Then we added the large piece of particle board using an 8ft. piano hinge. The daybed supports the drop down and is at height that is only 1" taller than my kitchen countertops.

Well there you have it. I took us about 6 weeks to complete the entire project, but boy has it been worth it.

The two side cabinets on the sewing table side are from Home Depot. I couldn't find the exact cabinet I used but here is one that is similar. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Hodedah-...-302081107-_-N

Today we are in the process of trading out the carpet in the room for this LVP http://www.usfloorsllc.com/flooring-...-coast-acacia/

I can't wait to drop my first pin on the new floor and NOT spend 30 minutes looking for it.
