That's absolutely beautiful. I've been wanting something spectacular to hang on my sewing room wall & that would definitely do it for me. That quilt deserves a first place & best in the show ribbon in my opinion. I love the combinations for greens you used & the cone flowers are perfect. Don't let the lack of pattern turn you away ... You CAN do this! Even though there is not a pattern, per se, Karen Eckmeier clearly walks you through the steps for making layered waves in her book ("Layered Waves). I highly recommend that you visit her website
